Usually you don't need to choose the date of the stay if you want to buy a voucher.
The receiver of the voucher can contact us and choose the date by himself.
Only if the voucher is for a special offer and this offer is bound to a certain date you have to choose the date when you buy the voucher.
After we have received your enquiry for a voucher we will get in contact with you to clarify the details.
We will send you the voucher and the bill by mail.
If you wish so we can send the voucher and the bill to different addresses.
As soon as the bill has been payed the voucher is valid and can be used.
Converison to cash for a voucher is not possible.
